Tonight on CBS the 58th Grammys will air starting at 8PM ET, but in a new twist for this year’s awards show you can stream the Grammys live for free using CBS All Access.

Tonight’s show starts at 8PM ET (5PM PT) and will be streaming live in over 130 local markets which includes more than 80% of the US, so chances are good that you can watch the Grammys tonight online in case you’re out or not on the east coast and want to watch it live.

Of course there’s also the chance for your local CBS affiliate to broadcast the ET showing three hours early if you’re lucky. Otherwise, a free trial of All Access will probably have you covered.

We’ll be watching online and trying this out to see how CBS does with what’s one of their biggest annual events. Hopefully things run smoothly, as they should, to give CBS the confidence it needs to start adding more big primetime events like the Grammys to their CBS All Access live streaming.
