Tonight at 9:00 p.m. the National Weeds Awareness Week officially begins. If you find yourself unacquainted with the Showtime series Weeds, then you are among approximately 80 million American adults in the same sad sack of a boat. Obviously you need to rectify this. But how?

Addressing the deficiency head-on, TV Guide Network has proudly stepped-in as the television home for “National Weeds Awareness Week,” by running a six-day marathon of the Golden Globe® award-winning TV series “Weeds” each night from 9:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. ET/PT, from Sunday, October 17 through Friday, October 22. And to keep “Weeds” awareness strong following the television marathon, TV Guide Network will air four back-to-back episodes of “Weeds” every Sunday at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT starting October 24.

You can find resources at the official website for National Weeds Awareness Week, www.WeedsAwareness.com. There is a Grow Weeds Awareness kit for beginners which includes printable bumper sticks and signs, recipe ideas for Weeds themed parties, Weeds trivia, and plenty more. Don’t let someone you know grow up without Weeds. This show gets the SmallScreenScoop.com so-seriously-official-it’s-super-legit stamp of approval.

TV Guide Network’s “National Weeds Awareness Week” marathon will raise “Weeds” consciousness across the country. It will give concerned citizens a comprehensive opportunity to make-up for their lack of “Weeds” and to recognize the benefits of regular “Weeds” consumption.
