Time to get your Psychic on! (The Big Bang Theory Pics!)
Sheldon Cooper - what could he be thinking now? If you know, then you're psychic! Don't tell Leonard because he will be displeased.
The first episode of The Big Bang Theory in 2010 is called “The Psychic Vortex”. This season three episode will air on Monday, January 11th 2010 at 9:30 pm ET/PT on CBS. In this episode Leonard will learn that Penny believes in psychics, and he isn’t very pleased about that.
- Sheldon and Koothrappali go to a mixer at the university and meet two girls: Abby and Martha (Jen Drohan).
- Hard science disproves psychics, I’m sure. But soft sciences like Psychology believe in a great many things – like hypnosis. I bet Sheldon would enjoy getting hypnotized… And by “enjoy” I mean…be incredulous about the entire thing.
- Can two people with different world views make it work? Is there hope for Sheldon and Penny? Probably. Didn’t Drew Barrymore once marry Tom Green?

Every time there’s a little Leonard/Penny drama everyone assumes there’ll be something where they break up or Sheldon/Penny will hook up. Remember, people: THE WRITERS ARE NOT STUPID. They won’t ruin Sheldon by getting him with a girl. At least I hope they wont. Even if Leonard/Penny break up, that doesn’t mean they’re over forever, and it certianly doesn’t mean the writers are ready to jump the shark and hook Sheldon up with her-or anyone.
