Are Carrie and Sebastian already like the ill-fated Romeo and Juliet?
In the second episode of The Carrie Diaries, Carrie feels like her relationship with Sebastian is already strained. Does he even like her? Then there’s Maggie and her ultimate obsession: sex! Walt isn’t as into that topic, which is possibly odd. We also have Larissa in this episode, and she’s keen on Carrie’s purse being featured in Interview magazine… but will that happen so seamlessly? No, likely not!

LYING AND CONSEQUENCES — New couple Carrie (AnnaSophia Robb) and Sebastian (Austin
Butler) can’t seem to catch a break. Between being grounded and rival Donna’s (Chloe Bridges)
sneaky attempts to break them apart, Carrie worries Sebastian will lose interest in her. Desperate
for some alone time with him, Carrie must lie to her father (Matt Letscher) and bail on plans with
her sister Doritt (Stefania Owen.) Maggie’s (Katie Findlay) obsession with having sex drives a
wedge between her and Walt (Brenden Dooling.) Meanwhile, Larissa (Freema Agyman) wants to
do a photo shoot with Carrie’s purse for Interview magazine forcing Carrie to scramble to make it
work. Ellen Wong also stars. Alfonso Gomez-Rejon directed the episode written by Amy B. Harris
The Carrie Diaries premieres this winter on The CW, starring Anna Sophia Robb. The executive producers are Miguel Arteta, Candace Bushnell, Len Goldstein, Amy B. Harris, Stephanie Savage and Josh Schwartz.
