Alexis Cohen, former ‘American Idol’ contestant, found dead

According to the Asbury Park Press, Alexis Cohen, the “Glitter Girl” who auditioned twice for “American Idol,” was found dead early this morning in Seaside Heights, New Jersey.

Newsman Walter Cronkite dead at 92

Long-time “CBS Evening News” anchor Walter Cronkite has passed away. He was 92 years old. Cronkite died Friday at his home in New York after a long illness, according to CBS Vice President Linda Mason. Video of his famous announcing of President Kennedy’s death after the jump.
