Is season 6 the year of surgeries, or what? Alexis Bellino, Tamra Barney, even Vicki’s daughter have all had surgeries on this season of The Real Housewives of Orange County. Of course, Tamra reduced her breast size (commendable) and Vicki’s daughter had serious medical issues going on.
