23 year-old Daniel Bark f Toms River, New Jersey has been charged with reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident in connection with the death of 24 year-old Alexis Cohen early Saturday morning. She sustained abdomen, chest and head injuries and was unresponsive when found.
