Actress Kiernan Shipka (“Mad Men”) joins in as the mermaid Oona in the new movie: “Sofia the First: The Floating Palace.”
In the movie Sofia is transformed into a mermaid, and meets Ariel under the sea. As a bonus, the original voice of Ariel from 1989, Jodi Benson, reprises her vocal role.
The special premieres Nov. 24 at 7 p.m. on the Disney Channel and airs Nov. 28 at 7 p.m. on Disney Junior.
