When The X Factor 2013 is over, judge Demi Lovato is heading out on tour and she’s taking along Fifth Harmony from last season’s X Factor!
So you can not only see Demi, Little Mix and Cher Lloyd on the Neon Lights tour, but you can also see one of your favorite acts from last year!
