The Voice 2013 Battle Rounds Begin Tonight| October 14, 2013 at 9:00 AM EST
Tonight on The Voice 2013 the Battle Rounds kick off as artists from each team go head-to-head, hoping to make their way to the Knockout rounds.
And like last season, if a coach is interested in a person who loses a battle, they may steal that person for their own team. And according to the preview below, that steal option carries over into the Knockout Rounds this season.
If you’re new to The Voice or can’t keep all your singing shows straight, here’s a refresher on how the Battle Rounds work:
“During the “battle rounds,” each coach will pair two of their own team members against one another, each asked to sing the same song together in front of a studio audience. After the vocal battle, the coach must pick which of his/her singers will advance to the knockout round, while the losing artist is available to be stolen by another coach. Each coach has two steals available during the battle rounds.” — NBC
