This Monday on NBC brings the Season 4 of “The Voice” and the peacock network couldn’t be more excited to have a show that ranks in the ratings above Univision once again. They’re quick to introduce the series as a “phenomenon” which seems a little bold, but okay, we’ll let ‘em have that one.

Starting off the 2013 installment of the series are new coaches Usher and Shakira, both well established names in the music industry who, according to early reviews, adapt extremely well and quickly to the challenge of being the new kids on the block.
