The Voice 2013: Amber Carrington Exit Interview| June 14, 2013 at 9:00 AM EST
This week on The Voice 2013, the final three were chosen and sadly, Amber Carrington was not among them. The Team Adam member was cut along with Sasha Allen and after the elimination, she sat down for her surprisingly calm and optimistic exit interview.
“I’m fine with what’s happening right now,” Amber said with a smile. “Looking forward to the future and what’s going to happen then. It’s all good.”
Aside from the exposure that could help launch a career, Amber says she’s happy the most with how being on the show has changed her as a person.
“I’ve gotten to open up and show the real me,” she said. “I’ve learned that I’m not just a singer. I’m more of an artist.”
Amber also thanks her coach Adam and her fans for all of their support. Check out the full exit interview with Amber below. And be sure to tune in for next week’s finale and head back here for all of our coverage from finale week.
