the-voice-2013-top-5-results1

Tonight on The Voice 2013 we find out which of the final five move on to next week’s season finale and based on the iTunes charts, it’s not going to be hard to predict how it will turn out tonight. At least the first two spots.

Tessanne Chin’s “Bridge Over Troubled Water” is still sitting at No. 1 on the iTunes charts as I type this. Jacquie Lee’s “Angel” is at No. 6 and just before the 11 AM voting cut-off, Will Champlin was at No. 10. Cole Vosbury and James Wolpert failed to break the Top 10.

So it would be easy to say who the Top 3 are based on the iTunes downloads, but we have no idea who votes played into it. So let’s just get to the breakdown.

Who goes home tonight on The Voice 2013?

  • Most definitely safe and in the Top 3: Tessanne Chin and Jacquie Lee
  • At risk of going home: Cole Vosbury and Will Champlin
  • Definitely going home: James Wolpert

We know Tessanne and Jacquie are solid. And Will probably is. But Cole has seemingly been riding through the competition on voters — ones who love Blake Shelton and country music. And no one expected him to not make the final three. So if he bests Will tonight, that won’t be a surprise. But right now at this moment, it looks like Will could possibly shut Cole out. So that third and final spot will either be Will or Cole.
