Giving us a perfect bit of romantic bliss, Sasha Allen performed “At Last” on The Voice season 4.

She was excited to show what she was made of, and stretch out her vocals. But Shakira said she needed to be less in her head.

Making the change from Team Adam to Team Shakira, she said it was maybe a woman thing… but that Shakira had a more emotional approach.

Though I hadn’t been super into Sasha before, this performance changed it all for me. She is powerful! And gorgeous. And her voice was melty and then whooshed with power. I like when it lingered and she would just smile, and then throw her head back and hit another note. You could even see her tearing up. It was great.

“You have positioned yourself as one of the frontrunners in this competition.” – Blake

“You gave me goosebumps twice tonight.” – Shakira

And because of those goosebumps, Sasha won the knockout against Shawna P!
