Ryan Jenkins was found dead last night, victim of an apparent suicide by hanging. A phone call alerted Canadian authorities that there was a dead body in a room at the Thunderbird Motel in Hope, British Columbia, a small town outside Vancouver.
There are no details yet of how long he has been dead. Jenkins was wanted in the murder of his ex-wife, swimsuit model Jasmine Fiore. She was found strangled last week in a dumpster in California, missing her teeth and fingers and having to be identified by the serial number on her breast implants.
Jenkins was the “star” of such quality TV as VH1’s “Megan Wants a Millionaire” and the third installment of “I Love Money.” The rest of the “Millionaire” episodes have been suspended and “I Love Money” will no longer be aired.
A day before Jasmine Fiore’s body was discovered, Jenkins was calling producers of “I Love Money” begging for his prize money of $250,000. He then disappeared into Canada and now has taken his own life. He was charged with the murder of Fiore four days ago.
