Here’s something fun: Royal Pains is doing a Summer Shirt Exchange to help Doctors Without Borders. When you exchange a gently-used shirt, you get a $50 gift card to Lacoste (the brand with little crocodiles on the shirts).

And for every shirt collected, USA will donate $10. From the press release:

The Hamptons’ most dedicated Doctor-on-Demand is back for an all-new season of Royal Pains. To celebrate, USA Network and LACOSTE have teamed up to create the Summer Shirt Exchange.
