This is Ricky Gervais’s second American TV stand-up special, and we are grateful for his humor. The special was taped before a live audience at the Chicago Theatre on September 30th and October 1st. The HBO special will show material from those two sold-out performances.

What is it about? “In my first HBO special I covered AIDS, disability, bestiality, rape, racism and famine. This second special is a little darker,” says Gervais.
