Showtime has pulled Richard Dreyfus back to the network to guest star in Weeds season 6. Dreyfus previously won a SAG award for being Alexander Haig in the Showtime docudrama The Day Regan Was Shot.

Weeds will have Dreyfus for at least four episodes. All we know from the press release is that, “Dreyfuss will play an unexpected character from Nancy Botwin’s past.”

Weeds season 6 premiere date is August 16th at 10 pm pt/et.
