It’s no secret that Spencer Hastings (Troian Bellisario) is Rosewood’s resident wannabe detective. She’s a total Nancy Drew. If Nancy Drew had access to tablets and iPhones and dyed her hair more of a brown, then she would be the ever-earnest Spencer. (I don’t think Spencer would mind the comparison, she probably also wanted to be Harriet the Spy growing up. Didn’t we all?)

PRETTY LITTLE LIARS – “Free Fall” – Spencer’s addiction could get in the way of the girls’ plans, in “Free Fall,” an all-new episode of ABC Family’s hit original series “Pretty Little Liars,” airing Tuesday, February 18th (8:00 – 9:00 PM ET/PT). (ABC FAMILY/Adam Rose)

With all of this in mind, is it possible that Spencer is more interested in being a detective and solving a mystery than she is in really making sure Ali’s (undead) life gets better?

In the past, Spencer has come down pretty hard on how Ali treated them, both in the past, and present. (Hello, drop a line that you’re alive, brat!)

Again, this is the question: Is Spencer more interested in being right, or helping Ali?

Even though we all want to be nice and say it’s probably a mix…she must care about her friend, as much as wanting to be right and find out that Ezra is A, or at least find out who is… but we have to take the tough route and I want you guys to decide which you think she cares more about.

( P.S. I’m Jules. I’m taking over Pretty Little Liars coverage on Small Screen Scoop and it makes me really excited. Because I’m told you guys love polls, I’m going to use a lot of them so we can all jam about the show after new episodes.)

There’s a handy tag to catch up on previous cool posts for: pretty little liars.
