New DALLAS TNT cast photo is incredibly cheesy
| March 31, 2012 at 7:32 PM EDTIs a Veronica Mars alum enough to get you to tune into the new Dallas on TNT?* Probably not when we mention it’s someone from Veronica Mars season 3, and it’s not Chris Lowell. It’s Julie Gonzalo. And nothing against her, but … it’s Dallas.
But we’re not here to tell Julie Gonzalo we wish she was on another show. We’re here to mock Dallas. See, a cheesy promotional picture for the new cast of Dallas has been released. The cast is in a shower, coyly lo0oking at the fans as they cover their naughty bits.
The promo reads, “They’re back. And no, you’re not dreaming,” which references the moment when the character Bobby Ewing was found alive in a shower, even though he’d been killed off the previous season. That’s the kind of quality TV show that TNT is bringing back to you.
The new Dallas cast picture includes original cast mates Patrick Duffy (Bobby Ewing) Larry Hagman (JR Ewing) and Linda Gray (Sue Ellen Ewing), along with new members Jesse Metcalfe, Josh Henderson, Jordana Brewster, Julie Gonzalo and Brenda Strong.
The new Dallas premieres on TNT on June 13.
