Michael Symon’s Pan Seared Strip Steak Recipe delights us on THE CHEW
| January 24, 2013 at 6:18 PM ESTFor those who have a tough time making easy dishes, this one’s for you. This involves a very easy way of serving some steak with a sauce over it. The sauce involves bacon (of course) along with some parsley, sour cream and sliced mushrooms. We think this would pair great with a baked potato (or roasted cauliflower) and salad. The sauce is a great way to bring fun to steak’s you cook in the winter.

Doesn’t this steak look delicious… if just a tiny bit too rare?
