The problem Lohan has is when Emma (played by Jayma Mays) says “Lindsay Lohan looks like something out of Lord of the Rings”.

Lindsay, who apparently doesn’t like to distinguish between the writers of a show and the actors on a show, decided to insult Jayma Mays. …Yea, because THAT’S the way to win hearts in America.
