They introduced Mavis Spencer – the Globe Girl. Then they gave us the names of the nominees for best supporting actor in a tv series.

  • Michael Emerson – Lost
  • Neil Patrick Harris – How I Met Your Mother
  • William Hurt – Damages
  • John Lithgow – Dexter
  • Jeremy Piven – Entourage

And who won? John Lithgow for Dexter! His second win and fourth nomination. “Thank you so much all of you for inviting me into the Dexter experience. I’ve had the best experience creeping out everyone.” (Paraphrase, couldn’t catch it in time.)
