Head on over to Hulu today to see a great April Fool’s joke, TV-style. (Yea, TV nerds know how to do it!)

For April Fool’s 2011 Hulu.com has taken us back to 1996. Their main site is now designed like early-mid 90’s websites, and features shows like The X-Files, Sliders, and News Radio (grainy pictures and all!)

Self-aware episode descriptions:

The X-Files: Mulder and Scully investigate the most dangerous game of selling body parts in Chinatown. Up-and-comer Lucy Liu guest stars.

NewsRadio: The WNYX team share some “that’s what she said” jokes when Dave and Lisa announce their breakup at a staff meeting.

Sliders: Quinn (Jerry O’Connell) flees to a dystopian San Francisco and confronts a vengeful El Sid (Jeffrey Dean Morgan).
