House Season 8 Guide ‘Runaways’ for TV Tonight
| January 30, 2012 at 6:37 PM ESTLet the Monday doldrums fade away as you relax into the wacky world of Gregory House tonight. That’s right, Fox has a new episode of House for your viewing pleasure, this time titled “Runaways.”
In “Runaways” Foreman’s adulterous relationship with a married woman may be revealed. The case of the week involves a young, homeless patient who has run away from home. When adult consent is needed to treat her, House and Adams clash over what to do. That’s not even the fun part, because when the patient’s Mom appears there’s even more drama.
Why is House hunting/shooting in these promo pictures? We can’t wait to find out.
House “Runaways” Summary / Synopsis:
The team treats an underage and homeless female patient, but when her symptoms worsen and call for an invasive surgery requiring adult consent, House and Adams argue over whether they should contact social services. The patient confesses that she ran away from home after struggling to take care of her mother, a recovering drug addict.
But when her mother appears at her bedside, a more complicated relationship is revealed and the patient’s mother must put the past aside and make the best decision for her daughter. Meanwhile, Taub has a difficult time connecting with his infant daughters and House threatens to exploit Foreman’s relationship with a married woman.
