Hayden Panettiere says YES to Lesbian Romance on Heroes (Clips!)

A new episode of Heroes airs tonight on NBC. If you missed last weeks episode, catch up: Heroes on Hulu! It’s not just you if you feel that things between Claire (Hayden Panettiere) and her new roommate (Madeline Zima) are heating up a bit.

Hayden told The Sun, “I kinda threw it out there. They [the writers] put you in relationships and I was like, ‘Can I just be with a girl or something? Let’s do that.’  So they took it and ran with it.”

I’m pretty sure that when your ‘used-to-be-a-hit-series’ takes a bellyflop for two seasons, and the uber famous petite blonde actress ASKS to be put in a lesbian relationship on screen, there’s no other answer but ‘yes’. Could this also be because no one liked Claire with her former boy beau West, and she’s craving a romantic storyline that works? Sure. Could this also be because she (like ANY normal girl) might want to make her ex-boyfriend (Milo Ventimiglia) a tiny bit jeaous? Sure. Word is that things on the set of Heroes are very friendly, but if you’re like me you’re still secretly waiting to see what you can decode from any Hayden/Milo (Halo) onscreen scenes.

You silly people thought I had clips of the smooches, didn’t you? I BET YOU DID! For now, tide yourself over with clips from tonight’s Heroes. Know that I’ll be on the lookout for all of the Heroes news as it happens.
