Do you think Gwyneth Paltrow watches Hoarders to inspire herself to stay so organized?

“It’s All Good” by Gwyneth Paltrow. Where does she get the time to write books? Who knows.

While promoting her new book “It’s All Good”, Gwyneth Paltrow stopped by The Rachael Ray Show today.

After cooking some tasty Fajitas, it was time to dish at the kitchen table. We learned that her son, Moses, is a budding cook with a talent for improving the taste of turkey bacon via honey/mustard. We also learned that Apple is into fashion and drawing in Top Model* books. The pair have a band together, but Paltrow was not sure she could reveal the band name. Ah well, we all need our secrets! Next up was some questions.

An audience member asked Paltrow to reveal her guilty TV choice. “I love reality based, not reality shows, but like Hoarders like documentary stuff, although I did watch this new dating show…,” Paltrow responded.

“Eva Longoria’s show, it comes on after The Voice with the musicians!,” Rachael Ray pointed out.

“I could not turn it off!, Paltrow went on. “I was like okay, I’ll just watch ’til one more commercial break and then I’ll turn it off and go to sleep…”

They were speaking about Ready for Love, a new reality dating show in the vein of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. It is hosted by Giuliana Rancic and Bill Rancic. It just began airing on NBC this Spring. It will air this Tuesday at 9 pm, so give it a try if that’s your thing.

While talking about healthy, vegan eating Gwyneth Paltrow also gave out love for the tumblr page “Thug Kitchen.” You should definitely check that out. You’ll have a sudden craving for kale.

*Could it be an official America’s Next Top Model book? Project Runway does have a set of these.
