Own the GTL Power of The Jersey Shore for Yourself

File this under: ridiculous. Apparently MTV and Foursquare have teamed up to help everyone work out, get tan (aka develop cancer) and have clean clothes. You know, GTL.

We’re not entirely sure what Foursquare is. Some sort of phone App? If so, we think that Jersey Shore’s own “The Situation” might be mad that this app is competing with his own app (based around GTL.)

If you click the link to see what Foursquare is, it just launches a video, and who has time for that?

You can earn your GTL badge if you follow MTV and Foursquare and go checking in to different places (literally, virtually?) It all seems kind of pointless, but at least half of the things on the Internet are in the same category.
