In Gossip Girl “The Undergraduates” Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively) wore this dress by Jenny Packham. I didn’t care for it much in the episode. What do you think? Did it wear better on the runway, or on Blake?

As always, I cover Gossip Girl fashion for less. Who do you think has the best wardrobe on the show? I can never decide between the two leading ladies. I love the classic styles that Blair wears, but I’m feeling a lil more boho and relaxed like Serena.
