Kurt needs a cameo on GIRLS, stat.
Glee Recap of the top 4 compliments for “The Untitled Rachel Berry Project”
Heather Morrison Returned
Was she underused and generally undervalued? Hell yes. But, at least she was there…dancing in the background, connecting with wacky Mary, awkwardly making out with Darren Criss…
The one-liners were working overtime, as the script used these comedic spurs as guidelines to keep everything else in check. Naturally, we have a list of our favorites:
“I’m the angel that torches stuff with her laser eyes.” – Brittany S. Pierce
“Apparently they have the best wheat fields to slow-motion run through.”
“Gay NASA dads.” – Mary, typing
“Love your attitude. And I’m okay with your loafers. We’re gonna have to change your name, though.” – Mary
“Don’t steal my pajamas, little mousey’s live in the pockets. And a kitty lives in my pants.” – Mary
“When Mary and I talked telepathically I told her I’d watch any show she created.” – Brittany S. Pierce
“Did you just put a donut in your bra?” – Artie
“No one’s here, it’s the worst coffee rave ever.” – Kurt, in Mary’s script
Chord Overstreet is S-E-X
Chord Overstreet is the best thing about Glee. His sexual energy is freaking ….dynamite. Or, “buzzing with sex.” And? “Whatever it is, it’s working.” Snap your rubberbands, guys. Can you believe we almost lost him to the show all those years ago?
Glee Meets Girls
Hashtag, hashtag, hashtag. Like, no one understands me! Kurt’s dinosaur outfit and his appropriate “I reject everything:” attitude was EVERYTHING. Plus… “My stupid gay NASA dads forgot that today was my birthday.” Right I’m going to be appropriating that phrase to use whenever I’m complaining about anything. We also got Rachel eating sheet cake in a bathtub. We’ve ALL been there. (Just pretend.)
What was your favorite song from the episode? Were you feeling that John Legend outta Blaine? I was. But it was the Bastille cover that slayed me.
