Dancing with the Stars Review of Brandy, Bristol Palin and Spunky Florence Henderson
| September 20, 2010 at 9:17 PM EDTHere’s our second hour Dancing with the Stars review of tonight! If you missed our review of the first hour’s competitors, check it out! Now, here’s our review of the second hour’s people that included Brandy, Bristol Palin and Florence Henderson.
Brandy and Maksim Chmerkovskiy: While I was not a fan of the dress with the sparkle boob sections, I really liked the pre-interviews that showed off how this pair interacted. For those stars looking for a reboot of their careers, I think Brandy is really going to see one. She’s fun and her downfall will probably be that she’s too much of a perfectionist. Once she loosens up a bit she might win this thing. Carrie Ann noted that she’s a little strong. Len said she had made a fantastic impression. Bruno
Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas: I’m not a fan of her Mother, Sarah Palin, but I’m willing to be open-minded here. She was dressed up in a mockery of her Mother. I tried to appreciate it as a girl having fun, but it still seemed cheesy. When she took off the cheesy part, she looked pretty fantastic – she has great legs, man! Carrie Ann also said she loved her legs. Len said it was an “acceptable performance for week one.” I agree. There’s potential.
Florence Henderson and Corky Ballas: She was not afraid to lift up her shirt and show her stomach like Mike “The Situation”. She seems really lively, like she’d have a magnetic personality. AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW? She actually has moves! She is good! Hell yea! Her petite legs looked nice on the dance floor. And she is the most mature contestant, I believe. I totally want to watch an episode of The Brady Bunch now. The judges loved her, and Len said it was great entertainment.
