Does Chynna Phillips have time to be on Dancing with the Stars and be on a Wilson Phillips reality show? C’mon now. Some may question the commitment one needs to be the star of a reality TV show, but true believers trust in the method of living your life while being filmed naturally doing completely unscripted opportunities like saving a baby giraffe from a hostile penguin. Point is, she clearly knows how to multitask!

Whichever way you believe, you may be interested to know that there will now be a Wilson Phillips reality show on the TV Guide Network. The world first loved this trio (Carnie Wilson, Wendy Wilson and Chynna Phillips) as the 90’s band Wilson Phillips. They had a “comeback” by being highlighted in the blockbuster movie “Bridesmaids” and none of them want to stop this momentum. Chynna Phillips is going to be on Dancing with the Stars, which is, of course, a huge deal for Americans. Meanwhile, Carnie Wilson will be a judge on the singing reality tv show “Karaoke Battle USA” which airs who knows/cares where.

What can you expect from the Wilson Phillips Reality Show? Here’s a snippet from the press release:

“Wilson Phillips is extremely excited to start a reality show following the reunion of the girls and what it’s like 21 years later,” said Carnie Wilson.  “Between touring, recording a new CD and raising nine children, the show promises love, laughter and head bumping!”

It’s been 20 years since their anthem “Hold On” ruled the airways, but now Wilson Phillips is making a comeback.  Daughters of famous musicians – The Beach Boys and The Mamas & The Papas – this Grammy®-nominated singing sensation rose to fame with their California looks and unique harmonies, but also garnered headlines with their personal lives.  Since then, the women have had to juggle their singing careers, high-profile marriages and having children while at the same time dealing with tabloid scandals, family dramas and health issues.  Their journey back to fame will be captured in the Wilson Phillips project.
