To prepare, Mark Ballas took Katherine to go boxing. The self-confessed girly girl laughed her way through it, but she learned to find the inner warrior by the end of the session.

Bruno said she was in “kick ass mode, unleashing a whirlwind of fury.” But he said it wasn’t as clean as a paso doble should be. Carrie Ann agreed, saying her feet needed readjustment. Len said, “it had promise but it didn’t quite deliver.” Adding, “it wasn’t bad. …You’re a wonderful dancer.”
