Take two talented actors and one unfunny script, and see how far it takes you. That seems to be the approach the new Fox series Running Wilde is taking.

The series stars Will Arnett and Keri Russell, two people I love in anything but this show. Russell’s character is like a neurotic wet blanket, and Arnett’s character only shows glimmers of being actually funny.

With such high hopes for this series, it’s a huge blow to realize how terrible it is.
