The Buffy Ouija Board is Creepy

As someone who has had bad experiences with Ouija boards, I want to re-iterate that these things are not a toy. Even though the boards, including this new Buffy “Conversations with Dead People” Ouija board specifically states that it’s for “entertainment purposes only” – it’s not true. There is something creepy about these boards that goes beyond a self fullfilling prophecy of being scared by them. This is creepy, creepy stuff.
(And I also wonder why they’re coming out with this item after BTVS ended so long ago. There’s nothing all that special about this particular board, and it’s more expensive than the other’s you can get. I’m all for new Buffy merch if it’s cool, but this isn’t worthy of a purchase even if it wasn’t going to get evil spirits to seek you out… )

Being myself a huge Buffy fan still find this “merchandising” potentially dangerous.
Some time ago the Buffy Tarot was canceled by some reason, but I think that was not as bad as this.
These people shouldn’t sell these kind of things with “Buffy The Vampire Slayer” Trademark logo on it.
