Rebecca Ferguson is nominated from The White Queen on Starz.

Last year, Homeland (Showtime) and Girls (HBO) were big winners. This year the Starz miniseries, White Queen, has garnered several nominations. The Good Wife (CBS) and Breaking Bad (AMC) are also top contenders. This year, Modern Family seems to have lost steam, while American Horror Story: Coven is still picking up lots of traction.

TV fans of Orphan Black are encouraging to see their leading lady, Tatiana Maslany nominated in the Best Actress in a Television Drama Series. Also nominated in this category is Taylor Schilling from Netflix’s breakout hit, Orange is the New Black. Fans who found the hidden gem of White Queen, on Starz, are pleased to see that not only is Rebecca Ferguson nominated, but so is Janet McTeer.

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler will once again be hosts for the event, just as they did at the 2013 Golden Globes ceremony. Poehler is also a nominee.
